Hi, I’m Krystal — the hands and heart behind Kairos Studio. I started this little brand during a time when I needed something slow, grounding, and creative. Sewing gave me a sense of calm and achievement, and now I design simple, stylish DIY kits so you can experience that same feeling.
Everything is inspired by neutral tones, quiet moments, and the joy of making something with your own hands. My kits are beginner-friendly, gentle in pace, and made to help you switch off, slow down, and create something you’re genuinely proud of.

Kairos Studio — Shipping Policy
At Kairos Studio, every order is packed with care and intention. Below is everything you need to know about how your items make their way to you.
Processing Times
All orders are made, checked, and packaged by hand.
Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During busier periods, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the UK.
• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2–4 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracked services will include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Delays
Please note that delays — especially around bank holidays, strikes, or seasonal periods —
are outside our control. If your order seems delayed, reach out and we’ll do what we can to help.
Wrong Address or Missing Details
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contactus.kairosstudio@gmail.com — we’ll try our best to update it before your parcel is sent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, email us within 7 days with your order number and any photos (if applicable). We’ll take care of you from there.

We want you to love every piece you create with us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products — DIY kits — we can only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contactus.kairosstudio@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll resolve it by replacing or refunding the item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Used or partially used DIY kits
• Items returned without prior approval
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 7 days and we’ll look into this for you. We may request photos or additional details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll happily cancel and refund it.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
