Shipping policy

The specific shipping timeframes of each artist may differ and will be highlighted on the product page. Shipping costs will differ on a kit by kit basis.

 Craft and Master specific kits ship using DPD and similar tracked services, and once shipped you will receive tracking and shipping information from the courier. We also aim to ship your purchase, if its in stock, between 2-4 business days from purchase. 

Shipping times may differ during high intensity shopping periods such as Black Friday and end of year holidays.

International shipping: Craft and Master kits ship from the United Kingdom. You are responsible for any import or custom fees incurred by the shipment. Please see the details at the bottom of the kit listing for artist specific information.
