2.1 We act as an intermediary between artists and customers. We facilitate the sale of craft kits and only directly sell craft kits that show Craft and Master as the artist .
2.2 The artists are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of their craft kits.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 All orders are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that a craft kit will be in stock at the time of your purchase. 3.2 Prices are listed in the GBP, USD or Euro and may be subject to taxes and shipping fees. 3.3 Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment system and other third-party providers. We do not store payment information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping times vary depending on the artist and location. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. 4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. 4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 As we are a marketplace, each artist sets their own return and refund policies. Please check individual product listings for details. 5.2 If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your craft kit, and we will work with the artist to resolve the matter. 5.3 Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are at the discretion of the individual artist.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by us or licensed by artists. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 6.2 Artists retain the rights to their designs and original content. Purchasing a craft kit does not grant you the right to reproduce or resell the designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from the use of craft kits purchased through our marketplace. 7.2 We do not guarantee that our website will be free from errors, viruses, or service interruptions.
